Collecting and using the
personal data of customers, suppliers and
other contractors As of May 25, 2018 the
General data protection Regulation (GDPR)
will be effective. This means that from that
date the same regulations apply throughout
the European Union (EU).
This statement informs you
of our policies regarding the collection,
use and disclosure of Personal Information
we receive from (potential) customers as
well as companies from whom we acquire goods
and/or services in order to establish and
execute any agreements we make with you.
If you are a (potential)
customer, we will use your data to send you
a quote, determine which specifications or
wishes certain items or services must meet,
deliver goods, perform activities, send
invoices and smoothly and efficiently
communicate with you about the execution of
established agreements.
If you are a (potential)
supplier or other contractor, your personal
data will also be needed to establish and
execute agreements. During the procurement
process, it is needed to show you which
specifications or wishes certain items or
services must meet, send an invitation to
tender, assign an order, pay your invoices
and smoothly and efficiently communicate
with you about other aspects of the
agreement.
You are not obligated to
supply your personal data. However, it may
not be possible to perform the above
mentioned activities if you do not supply
(sufficient) personal data.
Direct marketing
If you have given us
permission to do so, we will store and use
the personal data you supply to us, to
personally inform you via e-mail about
existing and new products and services and
to make special offers. Every time we send
you a promotional e-mail, you have the
opportunity to tell us that you no longer
wish to receive such emails.
Transfer to third parties
When executing agreements
we have established with you, we may need to
supply your personal data to parties that
supply components, materials and products or
perform activities within the concerned
agreements.
Storage period for personal
data
If you requested a quote
from us, but decided not to become a
customer, we will delete your data within a
year of final contact (at the latest). If we
received a quote from you, and decided not
to become a customer, your personal data
will also be deleted within a year of final
contact (at the latest). In case you become
our customer, or our supplier, we will keep
your data for a period of seven years after
the end of the financial year in which the
agreement with you was fully executed. This
seven-year period is consistent with the
period for which records must be kept for
the Dutch Tax Authority. We will delete your
personal data once this period comes to an
end.
Your rights
You have the right to
request access to your personal data. Should
it be necessary, you can also ask us to
supplement your personal data or correct
inaccuracies. In addition, you also have the
right ask for your personal data to be
deleted or for its use to be restricted. You
can also object to the collection and use of
your data or submit a complaint to the
Personal Data Authority. Finally, you can
ask us to supply a copy of your personal
data or to transfer this data to another
party. You can exercise your rights by

Tekoma
Kft is responsible as the controller of your
data which we collect and process while
doing business with you and your company. We
respect your privacy and will protect any of
your personal data that we process. All
personal data are processed in accordance
with applicable data protection laws.
Information on how we process
your personal Data
Personal information we
collect, how do we collect it and what do we
use it for?
In general, we collect your
contact details (such as your address, email
address and telephone number) and
information such as your job title which we
may request from you. In addition, we
collect the Personal Data you choose to
provide to us, e.g. if you contact us by
letter, telephone, email or any other means
of electronic or personal communication.
Occasionally, your personal
information may be supplemented by
information retrieved from other sources,
including searches via publically available
search engines, public social media
platforms, sector-specific newsletters and
your employer’s website, for the purpose of
confirming professional position.
We will process your
Personal Data if and to the extent
applicable law provides a lawful basis for
us to do so. We will therefore process your
Personal Data only:
a) if you have consented to
us doing so;
b) if we need it to perform
the contract we have entered into with you;
c) if we need it to comply
with a legal obligation; or
d) if we (or a third party)
have a legitimate interest which is not
overridden by your interests or fundamental
rights and freedoms. Such legitimate
interests will be administrative or
operational processes within Tekoma Kft. and
direct marketing.
What we use your Personal Data
for:
- To
conduct business and deliver our product
and service to you and/or the company you
work or act for.
- To send you business
related information, such as market and
industry specific information and reports;
- To send Invitations to
meetings and marketing events;
- To conduct direct
marketing for Tekoma Kft. products and
Services to your company and/or
organization.
Our basis for using your
personal data
As detailed above we rely
on different legal basis for processing
personal data. Although we may not currently
rely or need to rely on consent for all the
above purpose, we still like to have
provided for such an opportunity.

You can withdraw your

How we handle your data
Your personal data are held
in a database by Tekoma Kft. We will process
the personal data you provide to us in
accordance with data protection standards
required by applicable law. For the above
listed purpose, your personal data may be
accessible to and used by other entities
from the CryoTek Holding B.V. and their
contractors and/or agents, including those
located outside the European Economic Area
(EEA). For transfer of your information
outside EEA, we will ensure compliance with
the General Data Protection Regulation
(GDPR) or higher standards under other laws
applicable to such personal data.
Data Retention
Your data will be retained
for no longer than is necessary and in
accordance with our data retention policy.
We will only retain your Personal Data for
as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes
for which
it
was collected and processed, including for
the purposes of satisfying any legal,
regulatory, accounting or reporting
requirements.
Where your consent forms
the basis for our processing, your personal
data will be held for as long as we have a
valid consent.

individual which you can exercise under
certain circumstances in relation to your
